Go check out Classy Coupon Clippers newest update to future Kroger policy changes. This has not been released on Kroger site so of course there is still room for changes. Apparently Rebecca with Classy Coupon Clippers has personally gotten information from someone behind the scenes. For those of us who have Smiths and other Kroger Affiliated stores the policy is typically the same and changes when Kroger makes their change.
